1. About Us
Gray Motor Consultants provides vehicle sourcing consultancy services, acting solely as an advisor to help clients identify potential vehicles based on their stated preferences, budget, and requirements. We are not a motor trader, vehicle dealer, or vehicle inspector.
2. Scope of Services
We provide researching vehicles available on the market, presenting options based on client requirements, providing general guidance on price, condition descriptions, and introduces clients to sellers. We do not buy or sell vehicles, hold or transport them, perform mechanical inspections, or verify seller claims. The final decision rests entirely with the client.
3. No Liability for Vehicle Condition
Gray Motor Consultants does not inspect vehicles and relies on information provided by sellers. We cannot confirm the mechanical or structural condition of any vehicle and are not responsible for undisclosed issues. Clients are encouraged to arrange independent inspections.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for evaluating any vehicle before purchase and understand that all vehicles are bought at their own risk. Clients must conduct their own checks including HPI and test drives, accepting that we are not liable for any dissatisfaction.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we aim to provide accurate information taken from seller listings, we cannot guarantee listing accuracy, mileage verification, or service history authenticity. We accept no liability for any errors or omissions by third parties.
6. Fees & Payment
Any consultancy fees will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable. Fees are for research and guidance only. We may receive referral fees from third parties, which does not affect our impartiality.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Our role is advisory only. We do not guarantee that a particular vehicle will be available, meet expectations, or represent the absolute cheapest option.
8. Third-Party Sellers & Platforms
We are not responsible for the behavior of dealers or private sellers, or any disputes that may arise. All purchases are agreements solely between the client and the seller.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for financial loss, mechanical failure, or incorrect information from sellers. Our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for our service.

11. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by UK courts.
